Vyne Vista is The Vyne School's careers programme. Its aim is to help every student look ahead with confidence, raise their aspirations, understand the choices available to them, and take practical steps towards a future that is right for them.
Through Vyne Vista, students will explore a wide range of pathways, including college, vocational courses, apprenticeships, technical qualifications, higher education and employment. They will take part in careers lessons, employer encounters, workplace experiences, college and provider events, application support, personal guidance and activities that link learning in school to life beyond The Vyne.
Our programme is planned around the Gatsby Benchmarks, helping us provide a stable, meaningful and inclusive careers offer for every year group. It reflects our DOVE values of Determination, Opportunity, Valour and Empathy, while promoting respect, aspiration, equality and the confidence to contribute positively to society.
Vyne Vista is here to support students and families at each stage of the journey, helping every young person discover possibilities, make informed choices and move forward with ambition, independence and hope.
Students build knowledge, skills and confidence over time through lessons, tutor activities, Careers Checkpoints, employer encounters, provider events, guidance meetings and wider opportunities.

The Vyne School has achieved national recognition through the Quality in Careers Standard using the Career Mark approach provided by Complete Careers. This award reflects the school's commitment to high-quality careers education, information, advice and guidance for students.
Destination data helps us understand the next steps students take after Year 11 and how well our programme supports positive progression into education, employment or training. Published destination information should always be aggregated and anonymised.
Vyne Vista is reviewed regularly to help ensure that the programme remains effective, inclusive and relevant. We use a range of evidence to evaluate careers provision, including student voice, staff feedback, employer and provider feedback, guidance records, destination information and review against the Gatsby Benchmarks.

We are proud of our ongoing partnership with Fujitsu, which provides students with meaningful opportunities to learn from employers and understand how skills developed in school connect to the modern workplace.
Through this partnership, students have experienced activities such as enterprise projects, CV and interview preparation, apprenticeship awareness, workplace insight and employer-led support. These opportunities help students build confidence, develop employability skills and see the relevance of their learning beyond the classroom.
Partnerships like this are an important part of Vyne Vista because they help students connect aspiration with real examples of employment, training and progression.
